Does this replace bot protection?

Message classification complements bot protection. Use server-side validation, rate limits and other controls appropriate to your site. A browser script can be bypassed.

How fast is it?

Latency depends on the provider and network. No fixed latency or uptime guarantee is offered. The public demo uses local rules; configured production requests can use TypeSafe Jev.

What if the provider is unavailable?

The API falls back to local rules and reports its engine. The optional browser script lets the form continue if a check fails or times out. Rules and AI can both make mistakes.

Can I cancel?

Use Account & billing to open the Creem customer portal. Cancellation normally keeps access until the end of the paid period.
