Investigate a false positive before replacing anything
Use a confirmed legitimate inquiry and check the existing filter’s reason, the form validation result and the email delivery result. A missing email alone does not prove spam filtering caused the loss. Test on a staging form with one blocking integration at a time so you can identify which component made the decision.
Measure missed spam and blocked leads separately
Label an anonymized set of genuine inquiries and unsolicited pitches before testing. Record legitimate messages incorrectly blocked divided by all legitimate messages, and spam correctly blocked divided by all spam messages. Keep uncertain review results separate. JevShield has not demonstrated a lower false-positive rate than CleanTalk in an independent comparison.
