Service terms — pre-launch draft

FormShield provides automated message classification. Results can be wrong. Review uncertain messages and keep appropriate server-side validation and abuse controls. The optional browser helper can be bypassed and fails open when unavailable.

Proposed monthly plans are Starter $9 / 5,000 checks, Pro $29 / 25,000 checks, and Agency $69 / 100,000 checks. Taxes and the final total appear at Creem checkout. No fixed uptime, response-time or conversion guarantee is provided.

Paid quotas follow subscription periods. Free quotas follow calendar months in UTC. Checks above quota are rejected, with no automatic overage charge. Cancel future renewals in the Creem customer portal. Contact support for billing and refund requests; statutory rights are unaffected.

Do not submit passwords, payment information or content you are not entitled to process. Safeguard your private management token. Operator identity, refund policy and data-retention commitments require confirmation before paid launch.
